The wealth planning she does for each client incorporates a process-driven approach to investment planning and portfolio construction, asset allocation evaluation and analysis with a focus on mitigating risk, and strategy construction providing diversification and professional management.
As a managing partner and co-founder of Hall & Dornan Capital Partners, Yvonne is proud to lead a devoted and experienced team of professionals dedicated to earning trust and loyalty through their dedicated service. Together, they guide clients to make effective and informed decisions about their wealth. Yvonne maintains a particular emphasis on helping women and the people they care about.

She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, one of the most respected financial planning credentials and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning.
Yvonne stays current with industry best practices through her involvement with local professional groups committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards and professionalism in the financial services industry. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the East King County Estate Planning Council and the Seattle Estate Planning Council.
As an advocate for improving both our local and global communities, Yvonne is an active member of Women Business Owners and serves on the board for the Washington Women’s Foundation. Additionally, she and the team enjoy supporting other organizations locally and nationally focused on creating a better world for women, girls and their families.

Yvonne’s career in the financial services industry spans three decades. Previously, she spent 22 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, where she was a managing director of investments and led a five-person team of financial professionals. She was also a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley for more than seven years. Earlier, she worked at IBM for over 12 years, where she was a regional manager serving clients in South Carolina, Washington D.C. and the West Coast. She is a graduate of Berry College in North Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Yvonne was born in Tennessee and raised in Georgia. She now calls the Pacific Northwest home and lives in the Issaquah area, where she enjoys hiking and walking in the beautiful outdoors. She also has her 500-hour certification as a yoga teacher and enjoys practicing regularly and teaching periodically.
