Rob, a founding member of the Hamilton Thompson Wealth Management team of Raymond James, has dedicated his career to helping organizations and individuals meet their financial needs by developing and managing investment plans around their long term goals and risk tolerance.
Rob, securities registered since 1984, earned an undergraduate degree in History from Kenyon College. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2019, Rob completed course work in Investment Planning Analysis and Portfolio Management, Attributes of Asset Allocation, and Investment Policy’s for Non-Profits offered through Wells Fargo Advisors. He holds the AAMS® designation (Accredited Asset Management Specialist ℠) from the College for Financial Planning.
The Hamilton Thompson Wealth Management team of Raymond James was formed to provide wealth management for multiple generations through prudent investing and debt management resources. Helping clients understand their investments and risks is paramount to the process Rob and his team employ.
Committed to helping his community, Rob currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Franciscan Province of the Sacred Heart, St. Louis, Missouri. Additionally Rob has been involved in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Chicago, the Kiwanis Club of Evanston, and supported Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois.
Rob and his wife Melissa have lived in Evanston, IL since 1984 and have three grown children who, he is thrilled to report, are making their own way in the world.
