Nicole joined Hampton Roads Financial, LLC - Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. in November 2015. Nicole serves as the Office Manager, overseeing daily front office procedures and documentation, ensures efficient and seamless operations, while demonstrating outstanding customer service to our clients, prospective clients, and business partners. Through her dedication and operational capabilities, Nicole’s primary focus is providing the resources and tools necessary in assisting our clients in their daily and long term, comprehensive financial needs.

Nicole is also a 24-year decorated veteran of the Unites States Air Force where she served in various capacities of financial, office, and personnel management, leadership, supervisory, and customer service positions during her tours of duty at five Major United States Air Force Commands, overseeing and managing operations of two of the largest Air Force hospital pharmacies with the largest annual operations and management budgets.

She holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Management with emphasis in Human Resources Management from American Military University and a Professional Manager’s Certificate from Air University. Nicole is also a member of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society and Student Veterans of America.
