Frank is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who understands the importance of creating and implementing a financial plan that fits the individual goals, wants and needs of those he serves. As a former practicing attorney, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to fully integrate a client’s estate plan with their financial plan, as well as an ability to spot potential pitfalls along the way. He uses this knowledge to build long-lasting relationships with his clients and their families based around mutual respect and trust.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2015, Frank was a practicing attorney in the areas of wills, trusts and estates here in Charlotte County. He began practicing law in Punta Gorda in 2008, focusing on elder law issues. Frank graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in 2002 before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 2007.
A Paul Harris Fellow recipient, Frank is a eight-year member and director of the Harbor Heights/Peace River Rotary Club, serving as club president in 2016. He is also a member of the Financial Products and Services Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, and has been published in the Elder Law Advocate. As an active member of his community's nonprofit sector, he also serves as a member of the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Charlotte County and served as board chair in 2016.
Originally from New York, Frank was raised in the Orlando area. He currently lives in Punta Gorda with his wife, Carrie and their two Chihuahuas. Avid Atlanta Braves fans, the two are on a lifelong trek to visit every Major League Baseball stadium in the United States.
