John is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. By voluntarily completing the CFP Board’s rigorous certification process, he has taken an extra step to demonstrate his professionalism. As a CFP® professional, John has committed to meeting the board’s continuing education requirements and practicing with higher ethical standards.

John focuses on serving his clients’ best interests through comprehensive, personal retirement and investment planning. Caring and considerate, his goal is to grow and preserve the assets of those he serves while striving to help them achieve their personal financial goals.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2000, John assisted clients with various insurance needs for more than seven years as an agent with United Healthcare and Prudential Insurance. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in 1992.

Originally from New Jersey, John has considered Port Charlotte his home since moving there in 1971. He and his wife, Margie, have two children, Zach and Riley. Active in his community, John spent four years on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Charlotte County. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and is an avid Miami Dolphins fan.
