Geoff is a financial advisor who specializes in investment strategy and portfolio management. By combining the knowledge and experience of our team, we develop customized financial and estate plans with balanced investment strategies to pursue clients’ long-term goals.

Geoff has more than 35 years’ experience in investments and finance. Starting as a financial analyst, he gained experience in securities analysis and portfolio management. He has built upon that experience to become a seasoned wealth advisor over the past three decades.

Prior to investments and finance, Geoff was a broadcast journalist, producing PBS TV programs about business, finance and entrepreneurism. He’s continued using that experience to produce and host business and financial TV programs in the greater Tampa Bay area. He currently produces “Suncoast Business Forum” on WEDU PBS.

Geoff received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida, and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in journalism from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining Raymond James, he was a senior investment consultant at Robert W. Baird and Co., and a financial analyst at Private Capital Management.

Community involvement is an important aspect of Geoff’s life. He is currently chair of the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, and chair of the Lieber Institute for Brain Development. He is former chair of the Florida Council on Economic Education, former chair of WEDU PBS as well as a former board member of the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, and the University of South Florida Foundation.

Geoff and his wife, Andrea, have two grown children and a young grandson.
