He leverages this experience daily as he tailors financial strategies that align with each client’s individual needs and unique situation. Loyal and consistent, Jef enjoys utilizing his knowledge to help others live their best lives.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Jef has attained the prestigious CFP® certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning. CFP® professionals complete a rigorous and comprehensive program, which covers the financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance.

Before joining Raymond James in 2017, Jef was a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors. He began his career in 1993 at Merrill Lynch, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.

A firm believer in the importance of supporting one’s local community, Jef actively participates in many civic and charitable organizations. He has served in many leadership capacities, such as commander of the Lake Hartwell Sail & Power Squadron, president of the Greenville Breakfast Rotary, and as a shepherd within his church. 

In his free time, Jef enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, boating and cycling. He is a member of Team Harper of Riding with Purpose and The Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA). Jef’s wife, Angela, is a Greenville native and graduate of Furman University. They live in Williamston with their two wonderful children, Moore and Anna Kate.
