As a well-traveled U.S. Army veteran with over 15 years of operations and management experience, Alison brings a diverse and strategic mindset to the Hickok & Boardman Capital Management team.

She joined our team in 2019 and oversees human resources, technology and development. She is also the executive director of the Hickok & Boardman Capital Management Charitable Endowment Fund.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Russian and soviet studies from Colby College in Maine, and a master’s degree in nonprofit and association management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Alison is a Vermonter who loves the outdoors. When she isn’t in the office, she is outside hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking, or just relaxing with her husband, Scott, and their pack of rescue dogs. One particular achievement she is proud to share is ascending to the top Mount Kilimanjaro in January 2021.
