Client Service Associate

Growing up less than 5 miles from George Washington’s Headquarters in Valley Forge National Park, Scott has always been interested in history and understanding the entire perspective of events that surrounded the “Moments”. He had the privilege of living across the street from Independence Hall.

Scott was also less than 5 miles to The Vanguard Group’s Headquarters. While working there, he had the opportunity to hold positions that allowed him to see the whole scope of processing transactions. With keen diligence, he not only worked to reconcile errors but implemented processes and procedures to ensure accuracy. Having lunch with Jack Bogle, Vanguard’s founder, is one of his fondest memories of working there.

The opportunity to be in nature was limited growing up on the Main Line in Philly. Scott always enjoyed being outdoors and found that opportunity as a Boy Scout. At 15, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. The following summer he summited Mount Whitney on the summer solstice. He learned early on that planning, focus, and determination provide you the opportunities to meet your goals.

Scott and his wife Jamie moved to Vermont to raise a family in the place that he loved and dreamed about. He is most proud of his wife and his son, Quinn.

In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, coaching little league, and playing with his son. His four-legged family member is a rescued Jack Russel/Beagle named Jazz who enthusiastically greets him every day when he gets home as if she has not been fed in months (Scott assures us he feeds her twice a day plus lots of treats).
