MJ Sanacore

MJ Sanacore is a Strategic Operations Analyst at Hendel Wealth Management Group, where he develops and implements firmwide operational initiatives that enhance efficiency, data accessibility, and decision making. His work focuses on building automated reporting systems, optimizing workflows, and leveraging advanced technologies, including database management and artificial intelligence.

MJ joined Hendel Wealth Management Group after gaining hands on experience in both the construction and financial services industries, serving as an Assistant Administrator Intern at MJM Associates Construction and later as an Intern at Hendel Wealth Management Group. These roles helped shape his analytical mindset and reinforced his passion for building systems that make complex work simpler, faster, and more impactful.

A graduate of Stony Brook University, MJ earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, specializing in Finance and Marketing, and graduated cum laude. During college, he also volunteered with the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer—an experience that strengthened his commitment to meaningful, people focused work.

Driven, genuine, and optimistic, MJ is inspired by the pursuit of becoming the best version of himself each day. He brings that same energy to the Hendel Wealth Management team, where he values the positive, respectful, and hard working culture. His favorite part of the job is seeing his ideas come to life, especially when his tools and systems help colleagues better serve clients.

Outside the office, MJ enjoys golfing, working out, cooking (a hidden talent he’s proud of), and traveling. He lives by the Michael Jordan quote: “If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.”
