Jackie’s passion is fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve, ensuring they receive a high level of attention and support. She takes care of many of the administrative needs of our team and assists clients with questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner. She feels blessed to spend her days serving others, and helps maintain the quality level of service we provide to our clients.

Jackie has over 30 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Raymond James, she worked for Community Financial Services Bank for over 26 years as a customer service representative. In 2016, Jackie went back to work part-time as a branch office administrator in Kayla Teckenbrock’s office at Edward Jones.

Jackie was born and raised in Marshall County, Kentucky. She and her husband, Gerald, have been married for 16 years. They attend Benton Church of Christ and enjoy traveling and visiting with friends and family in their free time. Jackie and Gerald have a fur baby, little Ms. Susi Bell, that they adore. Jackie loves to cook and you will often find her in our kitchen cooking up some fabulous lunch for our team and clients.
