Melissa is a seasoned Senior Client Service Associate at Raymond James, recognized for her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. With over 15 years of experience in retail sales management and customer service, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-first mindset to every interaction. Since joining Raymond James in 2017, Melissa has consistently gone above and beyond to support both clients and colleagues.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Melissa excels at building strong, trust-based relationships across diverse communities. She is an active leader within the STEER program community group at Raymond James, where she continues to grow and contribute meaningfully. Her dedication was honored when she was recognized as the Branch Associate of the Quarter in 2023. She also proudly represented her peers at the 2021 and 2022 Raymond James Regional Conference.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Melissa returned to her hometown after six years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She now lives in El Paso with her husband, Robert, and their two children, Diego and Cassandra. Diego is currently a freshman at Baylor University, while Cassandra is in third grade. Deeply involved in her children’s activities and education, Melissa has led the Cathedral High School Basketball Booster Association, the Cathedral Athletic Association, and is an active member of the St. Patrick’s Elementary School PTA. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events, volunteering, praying the rosary with her neighborhood women’s group, traveling, working out, camping, and relaxing by the pool during the summer months.
