Senior Client Service AssociateThroughout her career in financial services, Charlotte has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive attitude and conscientious manner.
She also greatly assists our financial advisors and plays a key role in preparing reports, processing documents and handling administrative duties.
Before joining our team in June, 2026, Charlotte was a Senior Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones. She earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Davidson County Community College.
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Charlotte lives in Charlotte, NC. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family, reading and travel.
Charlotte gives back to her community. She is a member of Peace Church Charlotte.
