Originally from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Joanna moved to Florida in 2003 and now calls Odessa home. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, softball and any activity that gets her outdoors, reflecting her energetic and approachable personality. Joanna holds a BS in business management from Fairfield University, which she believes enhances her commitment to excellence in the client service space.
