With a career that began as a client services associate, Kelly quickly advanced by earning her Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses, ultimately stepping into her current leadership role at Independent Financial Services.
Today, Kelly oversees branch operations, leads her team and strives to ensure every client receives a high level of service.
She believes that she is known for her integrity – always aiming to follow through on promises – and her empathy, connecting with clients on a deeper level to understand their unique needs and goals. Her approach centers on creating a collaborative, goal-oriented office culture, and she’s committed to both client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
A Florida native originally from Tampa and now residing in Zephyrhills, Kelly is deeply involved in her community. She manages a competitive softball team, coaches youth softball and enjoys traveling, attending rodeos and spending time with her family. She also holds both a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and an MBA from Saint Leo University, where she was also inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame as a record-setting softball alumna.
