“When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.”
-Roy E. Disney of Walt Disney Co.
Insight Financial Health is guided by our managing principal, Brant Wilson. His core values are what guide him in his life’s work of helping our clients achieve their goals. The topmost of these values is doing what is best for the client. We believe our clients know that Brant will always put their best interest above his own. With this as his guiding principle, Brant seeks to provide education for our clients and independence for our practice.
By educating our clients, Brant aims to provide the information needed to help clients make informed decisions, based on realistic expectations, about their investment needs and goals. Almost every financial decision has its specific advantages, disadvantages, tax consequences and/or risks. The better our clients understand the different facets of each decision, the better equipped they are to make an educated decision that is in their best interest.
Since the inception of our practice, we have remained intentionally independent. Free from proprietary financial institutions and their products, our independence has allowed Brant to focus on strategies and solutions, not on products. Continuing the tradition of independence, after a 16-year broker-dealer partnership with Commonwealth Financial Network, our practice recently chose to align with Raymond James.
Since its founding in 1962, Raymond James has been guided by a bedrock principle: The client comes first. Brant was drawn to this approach as it is so akin to his own values. Through our relationship with Raymond James, Brant has access to a breadth of sophisticated financial services, planning tools and investment resources. Together, these offerings help support the financial goals and long-term well-being of our clients, while helping them stay informed about the market and in sight of their goals.
Outside of his 20+ years of financial advising, Brant enjoys spending time with his wife, five children, two daughters-in-law, and son-in-law. He is passionate about architecture and design, equally appreciative of both style and function. He loves researching cars, making homemade Neapolitan-style Italian pizza and would rather be cycling than almost anywhere else.
