In the financial services industry, some advisors may check in with their clients once, maybe twice, a year. But that’s not what you get with Joe as he approaches each client relationship with more intention and a more personal touch than others in the industry. Committed to working with each one of his clients in a hands-on manner, Joe “checks in” through monthly update calls, bi-annual reviews and regularly scheduled client events. During each touchpoint with his clients, Joe evaluates investments, communicates performance and discusses new goals or life changes. 

As managing principal of Integrity Wealth Strategies, Joe not only works directly with clients, he also provides guidance and support to the team, including advisors and administrative staff. His philosophy for how they do business is simple – “it has to be personal; and it has to be done with integrity.” This is achieved by problem solving, education and, most importantly, by staying in touch throughout the entire retirement process from pre-retirement until the passing of assets to the next generation. 

Joe, a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance, has worked in the financial services industry for 17 years. He and his wife, Kristi, live in York with their four children: Laci, Jack, Alyssa and Jacob. Joe is quick to admit that Kristi, a stay-at-home mom, really has four full-time jobs compared to his one, and feels very lucky to have such a strong woman as his partner.
