Working closely with clients and their families, Carl finds great fulfillment in helping people confidently prepare for the future they envision. He helps them with their goals of preserving their assets and having the income they need to enjoy retirement.

As a Retirement Income Certified Professional®, Carl is equipped with the knowledge to effectively manage the transition from asset accumulation during a client’s working years to asset distribution in retirement, delivering smart strategies for creating a sustainable income.

Carl became part of our team in 2015 and first joined Raymond James in 2013 when the firm acquired Morgan Keegan, where Carl worked since 2008. Earlier in his career, Carl was a financial advisor at Countrywide Investment Services.

Before entering the financial services industry, Carl owned a print production firm, Gen-Four, for 10 years. Earlier in his career, he was a branch manager and national accounts manager for Wang Laboratories, where he assisted executives and business owners with planning and implementation of computer systems. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Carl holds Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses. He completed the Preferred Portfolio Management curriculum, where he learned critical techniques needed to effectively develop and manage portfolios, such as diversification, asset allocation and risk/return analysis.

Originally from Severna Park, Maryland, Carl lives in Naples with his wife, Joyce. In his free time, he enjoys boating. He is a member of St. John the Evangelist Church and a retired member of Kiwanis.
