Mark’s primary role is to help ensure quality service by providing a high level of personal attention to each client in an administrative and operational capacity. The many essential duties he performs include scheduling client communications, project reporting, customer relationship management and banking duties.
“I have always been passionate about customer service, and I enjoy the relationships that our team develops with our clients,” Mark said. “I want our clients to feel comfortable enough to call our team at any time, and get an understanding voice on the line. Dealing with financial matters can sometimes be stressful, and I believe my calm demeanor can be helpful in this instance.”
Mark also helps our team maintain an efficient office workflow. “One of the financial advisors I assist is my wife, Paige, and this gives me an extra incentive to help,” said Mark.
Mark transitioned with our team from Merrill Lynch in 2019. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Paige and son, Jacob. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, working in the yard and watching sports.
