We hold a series of 5 different types of meetings for all new clients of our team. The Discovery Meeting is our introductory meeting where 7 areas are covered so we understand what it takes to address everything that is truly important to you. The Investment Plan Meeting delivers to you a complete profile of you and your family. You receive an assessment and recommendations of your investment portfolio, an Advanced Planning Score, and a Financial Dashboard which reflects recommendations for improvement in all areas of your finances. We only invite you to a third meeting, the Mutual Commitment Meeting, if we believe there is a mutually good "fit" between us over the long term. In that meeting, we address any philosophical differences or concerns either party may have and begin the first steps toward working together. The 45 Day Follow-up Meeting is held by our team to reaffirm investment strategy and confirm the first findings of the Advanced Planning Process. We then customize a mutually agreed to set of Progress Meetings so you are updated in the way and format you'd like on your investments and other wealth management needs.
We offer an added dimension to our wealth management process to help specific clients hold a more meaningful conversation about life’s purpose, passion, and how that relates to their portfolio. Through this additional step, clients engage in a deeper discovery process to connect to their mission and are provided an Alignment Plan which outlines possibilities to accomplish objectives outside their immediate family circle.
