Eileen Winter is a Client Service Associate at Raymond James, where she leverages nearly two decades of professional experience to provide clients with seamless service and reliable support. Before joining Raymond James, she spent seven years as a Supervisor with Huntington Bank, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of financial operations. She later dedicated 11 years to education as a teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, known for her commitment to excellence and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
At Raymond James, Eileen is valued for her dedication and commitment to ensuring every client’s administrative and operational needs are met with precision. She believes the client always comes first, and her proactive communication and attention to detail make her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.
Beyond her professional role, Eileen is deeply committed to her community. She volunteers with Autism Speaks and supports local initiatives that strengthen families and neighborhoods. A proud graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, she credits her education for shaping her values of perseverance, service, and leadership.
Eileen is also a devoted mother of three children: Ella, currently pursuing interior design at Indiana University, and two younger children, Eli and Emme. She enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and believes in living out the values of dedication, integrity, and community both in and outside of the office.
