With more than 25 years of experience in helping his clients reach their investment and financial goals, James has experience in a variety of investment alternatives and services, including retirement planning, stock and bond strategies, tax-free alternatives, portfolio growth and development, mutual funds and wealth-protection strategies including insurance and annuities.

James has built his business on a philosophy that investment plans must be both comprehensive and flexible, but must also transparent and easy to understand. These "living financial plans", once established will automatically track key plan variables through various life phases to help ensure you achieve your goal.

James, who earned his undergraduate degrees in business and psychology and graduate degree (MBA) from Baylor University, was certified as a Wealth Management Specialist in 2006. Prior to joining Raymond James & Associates in 2001, he worked as a Vice President-Investments at PaineWebber for 15 years.

A native Texan, James lives in Dallas and is active in the community and has worked with and served on the boards of several local charities.
