In her official role as Executive Assistant, Lori is on the front lines of our client service experience at JMG. Her responsibilities include a multitude of tasks, handling office licensing and registration, while assisting with client account management. In addition, she plays a key role behind the scenes handling JMG office management and facility management.
Lori has been a member of the JMG family for over ten years. Lori attended Rhode Island College in Providence, RI and Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Before joining JMG, she was the business manager for the private practice of an Associate Clinical Professor at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. In addition to overseeing the workings of the office, Lori organized all aspects of the educational seminars and other events hosted at Harvard involving attendees from around the world. She also maintained the Professor's international speaking and travel schedule. After his retirement, she worked at a Tufts University Practice in downtown Boston before relocating to Pennsylvania to be near her family.
Prior to her position at Harvard and Tufts, Lori developed exceptional customer service skills as a training manager for a major clothing retailer, for whom she traveled across New England and the Mid-Atlantic States assisting in re- merchandizing stores and retraining personnel. Lori earned multiple awards for her training efforts and customer service skills that resulted in more profitable and better-functioning store branches.
Presently, Lori is a member of the Zonta Club of Harrisburg-Hershey, which is a chartered club of Zonta International. Zonta International is a worldwide service organization founded in 1919. They are a leading global organization of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.
Also, Lori volunteers at the Central Pennsylvania Literacy Council, where she tutors adults in literacy skills, GED preparation and citizenship topics on a one-to-one basis. Lori also enjoys attending sporting events and is an avid Boston sports fan. She is a member of the Central PA Blues Society and enjoys live music.
