Tracy worked in the banking and mortgage industry in Canton, Ohio for fifteen years prior to relocating to China in 2007. While living in Shanghai, she discovered a passion for tea culture and established a boutique tour company. She also provided cultural consulting to global corporations and worked closely with local schools and universities. Her company was featured on CNN Travel, AFAR and Rudy Maxa's Tours.
As the Business Manager for Phoenix Financial Partners, Tracy is dedicated to fostering client relationships, optimizing internal processes, and identifying opportunities for practice growth. Tracy is a certified tea specialist and is conversationally fluent in Mandarin. She moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2019 to be near family and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2022 with a degree in International Studies.
