When you first meet Reece, he’ll probably greet you with a question, “What are you famous for?”
It’s not small talk. Reece genuinely wants to know what drives you - what makes you light up and matters most in your life. Those close relationships build the trust that lets him guide your financial decisions. With decades of experience, he brings clarity to an often complex financial landscape, always putting your goals first.
Born and raised in the heart of East Texas on a family ranch, Reece and his three brothers learned early the true value of hard work, perseverance, and stewardship. Those rural roots instilled in him a deep appreciation for building something lasting - whether tending the to the ranch or helping families grow and protect their wealth with care and foresight.
His father, a respected bank president gave him an insider’s view of the financial world from a young age. Watching him navigate assets, liabilities and the intricacies of banking sparked his interest in helping others achieve financial stability and growth. This foundation led him to Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics - sharpening the analytical skills and economic understanding that he applies in his advisory practice. He began his career in financial services in 2001 and served clients for over 25 years. Today, as a dedicated advisor with Raymond James, he partners with individuals, families and businesses to create tailored strategies - whether planning for retirement, helping protect assets, or building generational wealth. His approach is straightforward, client centered, and rooted in integrity. Outside of work, Reece cherishes time on his family ranch where he enjoys riding reined cow horses and roping. He and his wife, Jill, have been married for 31 years. They are blessed to have four daughters, two sons-in-law, and a grandson.
Reece was inspired by 2 Peter 3:10 to name his business Element Financial Services. The verse reminds us that only what is built on a godly foundation will last. His goal is to help people construct their financial success on integrity, wise planning and good stewardship, so that what is gained has real, eternal value, not just temporary success.
