Giving Back

My commitment to the community has taken many forms and is very important to me.

Born in raised in North Miami Beach, Florida, this is my community of 30 plus years. The people I see on a day to day basis are both family and friends of the community. I have seen the community transform through my very eyes and I desire always to give back.

I am active with The Chapman Partnership center where I help organize group feedings and arts and crafts for the younger children. In 2017, I joined the Kesher Board of Directors at the Hillel Community Day School which offers special education in secular and Judaic studies for students in grades first through 12th who are diagnosed learning disabled and who may have dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity, developmental delays or other factors that affect the way they learn. 

I am an active participant with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation where I serve on the financial oversight board as a committee member where we meet monthly to help review the monthly financial statements and budgeting for the several Hillel and JCCs all throughout Florida.

I travel throughout Miami and present volunteer seminars and lectures on the importance of sound financial security and smart money habits we should all consider teaching our children while raising our families.

Jordan hosted and sponsored an evening of Networking, Connection and Unity for Israel. $30,000 was raised for Magen David Adom which helps with emergency services for those in need.
