Joshua Loud, AAMS® Financial Advisor

The important work of helping clients navigate their financial lives is what drives Josh. He believes in building a personal connection with each client, providing tailored strategies and financial guidance that strives to maximize confidence in pursuit of their goals. Josh serves people from all walks of life, though as the son of a small business owner, he specializes in helping entrepreneurs gearing up for a transition. “I have seen firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into building a company. I have experienced what that business means to a family, it is part of them and means so much. As a result, I’m passionate about working with business owners and their families in preparing for a successful transition,” he says.

As an Accredited Asset Management Specialist®, he has developed a core set of specialized skills in financial and retirement planning, asset allocation, and investment advice. He takes the time to ask hard but intentional questions, listen carefully, and understand in great detail exactly where your wealth stands today, and where you’d like it to be tomorrow. He makes both staying up to date with current market trends and what is happening in the lives of clients a priority. His approach includes thoughtful goal setting as well as strategic planning, and he lives by a client-first philosophy.

He joined Raymond James in 2019, drawn by the robust resources it offers advisors and their clients. Prior to Raymond James, he was a client communications intern for Henssler Financial. He is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was a member of the football team and a finance and marketing major.

Giving back to the community is a priority for Josh. He is a volunteer at Passion City Church and leads a small group of high school boys at Woodstock City Church. In 2018, he was led to serve on an eight week mission trip to South Africa. He is also involved with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce as well as the Kennesaw Business Association and Acworth Business Association.

Originally from Woodstock, Georgia, he now resides in Smyrna. In his free time, Josh enjoys golfing, boating and traveling.
