Customer Service AssociateMaggie strives for excellence in serving our clients and supporting our JSW Advisory Group team each day. She manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities and assists our clients with questions and service requests in a timely, efficient, and thoughtful manner.
She enjoys building meaningful relationships with the families and individuals we serve and helps ensure every client receives exceptional care and attention. From client service support to account maintenance, Maggie plays an important role in creating a seamless client experience.
Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to make every interaction with our office easy, responsive, and welcoming.
Before joining JSW Advisory Group in April 2026, Maggie attended Lubbock Christian University and then served as a bid coordinator at Madewell Construction.
Originally from Lubbock, Maggie currently lives there with her husband, Caleb, and their son, Weston. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and serving alongside her family at their local church.
