Ashley Hines joined in 2022 as a Client Service Associate. Working with Patti Hayton, Ashley assists in all aspects of client service: scheduling appointments, following through with client requests, setting up accounts, moving funds and more. Meeting and getting to know clients is the favorite part of Ashley’s day. Helping clients make sure they stay on the right track financially is the most rewarding aspect of her work. Her everyday mantra is to “make everything run smoother.”

Ashley enjoys the family atmosphere and has always admired the hard work ethic of family mentors. She hopes to carry on the tradition of looking after clients with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.

Before joining, Ashley worked as a paralegal for an estate planning and probate attorney, where she gained invaluable experience drafting wills and administering trusts and powers of attorney. Before that, Ashley worked for 911 in Cobb County, where she worked 12-hour shifts and took over 100 calls a day.

Ashley earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice at Kennesaw State. She also worked as an intern in the Cobb County District Attorney’s office with the Victim Witness Unit. When not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, organizing game nights and playing with her two dogs.
