Geri Lanning is a Wealth Advisor focusing on goals-based financial planning. She believes the most successful approach to wealth management is to help clients make smart financial and investment decisions through a full-service advisory relationship rooted in integrity, trust, and personalized solutions. With the use of smart technology, persistent research, and coordination with clients, this goal is accomplished through progressive financial planning and high-value investment strategies that lay out and keep clients on a path toward accomplishing their life goals before and after retirement. Geri believes that knowing where you are going financially, and how you are going to get there, are the most important pieces of the puzzle in providing comprehensive guidance.
After graduating from Kennesaw State University with degrees in Management and Accountancy, Geri joined The Blank Family of Businesses in 2011, starting her journey at PGA TOUR Superstore. Four years later, she joined AMB Group, LLC, the investment management and support services arm of The Blank Family of Businesses, where she provided support for the Atlanta Falcons, PGA TOUR Superstore, Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and others. Her responsibilities included accounting, planning, forecasting, analysis, and other financial activities.
Born and raised just north of Atlanta, Geri currently lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with her husband, son, and four dogs. Geri grew up riding horses and developed a life-long passion for the members of the equine species. Her passion provided her with the unique opportunity to be a Wrangler at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in Emigrant, Montana during summer breaks in college. Geri spends as much of her free time doing anything outdoors with her family and friends, loves a good cardio kickboxing class, and is an avid fantasy reader.
