As a military dependent, Steve has lived many places, but has made Texarkana his home since 1982. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Texarkana, where he earned his MBA. He and his wife have been married 33 years and have one child. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
