Matt serves on Kairos’ operations team, often acting as a first point of contact for our clients and helping with many important service-related tasks.
Matt joined our team in 2022 after 12 years as a Customer Advocate at MBNA/Bank of America, followed by several years as a stay-at-home dad. He graduated from North Carroll High School and continued his education at Carroll Community College.
Matt lives in Hampstead with his wife Julie, daughter Caitlin and two English bulldogs, Tank and Dozer. Matt and his family love to travel in the US. When the weather is warm, you’ll often find him playing competitive softball, umpiring or cheering on Caitlin’s teams. Matt’s other interests include fishing, weight training and rooting for the Orioles and the Ravens.
