Ken Hauxwell is a Financial Advisor helping clients prepare, plan, coordinate and implement their investments for retirement years. Mr. Hauxwell started his career after graduating from Warner Pacific College in Portland Oregon in 1990. He first began by following his fathers footsteps in becoming a Retirement Home Administrator. After several years of operating some of the largest retirement communities in the state of Oregon and Washington, he decided it was time to make a career change. Knowing the financial needs of those that are retired he easily transitioned into becoming a Financial Advisor. In spring of 1997 he joined A.G. Edwards where remained in the same office in Portland throughout the buyouts of Wachovia in 2007 and then Wells Fargo in 2008. He remained with Wells Fargo until 2011, then decided that the big bank was not a good fit for he and his clients. It was at that time he decided to move his practice to Raymond James Financial Services. This move was not only a better fit for he and his clients but also allowed him to pursue his lifelong dream of living in Wallowa County. In spring of 2013 he and his wife Panky sold there home in Portland and moved to the calmer lifestyle of Joseph Oregon. Being able to work the rest of their careers and being so close to the outdoor activities that he and his wife love has been what they call a true blessing.
