Joe Janca is a financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services in East Lansing, Michigan.

Joe began his career in finance as an intern at Raymond James & Associates in Owosso, Michigan, before interning with his current branch at Raymond James Financial Services in East Lansing. Over this two-year period, Joe developed valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that he now uses to deliver personal services and counsel clients on strategies designed to support long-term wealth management and financial confidence.

Joe’s primary role as an advisor is creating comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies. He places a strong emphasis on listening closely to clients’ needs and conducting thorough analyses of their unique financial situations, allowing him to provide thoughtful guidance, honest insight, and exceptional service.

Joe resides in East Lansing, Michigan, and is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Economics. He and his wife, Sara, welcomed their son, JP, on September 7, 2025. Outside of his professional life, Joe is an avid fan of Michigan State athletics and Detroit sports, and he enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for sports with family and friends. Joe was born and raised in Corunna, Michigan, a community approximately 40 miles east of Lansing.
