This designation reflects her experience in managing the complex financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and organizations, along with her mastery of the strategies and resources necessary to support their expansive financial interests. She also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ designation and remains committed to furthering her industry education.

Caitlyn has been recognized by Forbes nine times in the past three years. As a child, Caitlyn would often tell her family that she wanted to be a banker or a counselor. Always determined, these aspirations set her on a course toward the career she built, which ultimately combined both goals from her childhood. Today, Caitlyn’s goal is to empower her clients through education and the creation of a financial plan that aligns with their life’s vision.

Understanding the complexities of the financial industry comes naturally to Caitlyn. She can translate complicated topics into a manner that is relatable and easy to understand so that clients can make well-informed decisions and feel confident in their choices as they develop a framework around their goals.

Beyond Caitlyn’s passion for the industry, she values the relationships that are developed through the financial planning process. As a CFP®, she is thorough when establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure each aspect of their life is addressed in a comprehensive plan. She believes it’s imperative to utilize the expertise of others to get the best results possible. Therefore, her team will regularly enlist the knowledge of other trusted professionals such as attorneys, CPAs, real estate agents, and budget specialists to provide necessary guidance for clients based on their unique situations.

Before joining Raymond James, Caitlyn was a financial advisor with Edward Jones for nine years, where she served as a growth leader, field trainer and mentor for her colleagues. She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

InvestmentNews 5-Star Financial Planners 2026 recognizes financial planners selected through an objective review and benchmarking process conducted by the InvestmentNews editorial team. Nominations were accepted from industry peers, colleagues, clients and self-nominated individuals; only financial planners formally nominated during the survey period were considered for evaluation. Nominators were required to submit detailed information for each nominee, including professional credentials, areas of expertise, and notable achievements from calendar year 2025.
