In an ever-changing industry, leading an organization with enthusiasm and confidence is essential to the success of the business and its clients. Caitlyn is the personification of these necessities. She leads with dedication and integrity as a Wealth Advisor, the Founder, and President of Key Wealth Management.
Caitlyn attained the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification and Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM Designation and continues to commit herself to continued industry education.
As a child, Caitlyn would often tell her family that she wanted to be a banker or a counselor. Always determined, these aspirations set her on a course toward the career she built, which ultimately combined both goals from her childhood. Today, Caitlyn’s goal is to empower her clients through education and the creation of a financial plan that aligns with their life’s vision.
Understanding the complexities of the financial industry comes naturally to Caitlyn. She can translate complicated topics into a manner that is relatable and easy to understand so that clients can make well-informed decisions and feel confident in their choices as they develop a framework around their goals.
Beyond Caitlyn’s passion for the industry, she values the relationships that are developed through the financial planning process. As a CFP®, she is thorough when establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure each aspect of their life is addressed in a comprehensive plan. She believes it’s imperative to utilize the expertise of others to get the best results possible. Therefore, her team will regularly enlist the knowledge of other trusted professionals such as attorneys, CPAs, real estate agents, and budget specialists to provide necessary guidance for clients based on their unique situations.
Before joining Raymond James, Caitlyn was a financial advisor with Edward Jones for nine years, where she served as a growth leader, field trainer and mentor for her colleagues. She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
