Haile W. Love

Throughout her career in financial services, Haile has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive attitude and conscientious manner.

She also greatly assists our financial advisors and plays a key role in preparing reports, processing documents and handling administrative duties.

Before joining our team in February 2024, Haile was a sales assistant for First Wealth at First National Bank of Middle Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing with a concentration in professional selling from Middle Tennessee State University

She and her husband, Wilson, were both born and raised in McMinnville, Tennessee and currently reside there with their two dogs, Chuck and Gus. In her free time, Haile enjoys traveling to new places, attending concerts and sporting events, being outdoors and relaxing with family.

Haile gives back to her community. She is a member of McMinnville Young Professionals and The Rotary Club of McMinnville where she currently serves as secretary. She also volunteers with various other local organizations.
