As client relationship manager, Brittany is deeply committed to providing exceptional client service. She is her team’s go-to for onboarding new clients through welcome meetings and online sessions. Brittany also works to develop and implement best practices and help clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
Hardworking and compassionate, Brittany relishes the opportunity to get to know clients and help ease the anxiety that can accompany financial discussions. She wants clients to always feel that they’re in the loop and are being taken care of by a knowledgeable team who maintains their best interests at heart. In 2019, Brittany joined Krentz Financial Group at Raymond James, a practice whose client-first values closely align with her own.
Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lindenwood University and a master’s degree with honors in industrial and organizational psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Prior to beginning her master’s program, Brittany served as a volunteer/intern at St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she worked with victim advocates. She was also a mentor for other students throughout her master’s program. Brittany currently volunteers for OneSight, an organization that provides eyeglasses to kids from low-income families, and is a member of the International Honors Society in Psychology and of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Originally from Union, Missouri, Brittany makes her home in St. Charles with her boyfriend, Derek, and their English bulldog, Ellie. She enjoys hiking, staying active and reading.
