Ben is in his eighteenth year in the financial services industry. He joined the Raymond James Financial Services team in 2012. He joins the firm after previous tenures at Wells Fargo Advisors and Edward Jones Investments. He holds Series 7, 63, Life, Health, Fixed and Variable Annuity Insurance and Long Term Care licenses. He graduated in 1988 from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fl. with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Ben was born in Winston-Salem, N.C., but was raised in Clearwater, Fl. Vacations as a kid were spent visiting relatives in N.C. and he always knew he would come back here to live. In 1997 he moved to the Lake Norman area. After spending 25 years in various management positions in the technology field, he decided to make the change to the financial services industry. This career change enabled him to help people in a more direct way.

As a Financial Advisor he markets to current and prospective clients, analyzes their unique financial needs, and provides appropriate investments and services designed to help meet these needs. It is his belief that Raymond James provides a unique support structure that postures him to adequately provide the necessary service level required to maintain long term client relationships.

Ben has two adult daughters, Jessica and April. In 2010 he married his wife Susan. They live in Mooresville. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys boating with family and friends. His hobby is smoking several types of meat.
