Client Service Manager

Kathleen began her career in financial services in 2007. Her focus is to provide clients with personalized services while being part of all evolving client relationships. She works to develop an individualized perspective into each client’s experience while working to create an insight into the client's specific present and future needs.

Within the branch Kathleen works as operational management overseeing support for clients regarding account maintenance and requests, as well as advancing and refining the needed performance reports and marketing initiatives. Kathleen’s goal is to deliver first-class support and provide the type of “white glove” service for all clients. Kathleen’s personal attributes, professionalism, skills and her wealth of experience benefits clients by streamlining the operational aspects for the branch. She makes sure any client issues are addressed, and that she is available to answer any questions. From assisting with online account access and explaining statements, to minimizing the mail clients receive, Kathleen can help make the client experience extraordinary.

Kathleen is a graduate of Radford University with a double major in Business Management & Marketing. Kathleen is married and lives in Sterling, VA with her husband Sam. In her free time Kathleen provides volunteer hours to local organizations that help the needs of underprivileged citizens in our community.
