Senior Client Service AssociateThroughout her career in financial services, Michelle has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to help ensure clients are provided the dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive attitude and conscientious manner.
She also greatly assists our team and plays a key role in preparing reports, processing documents and handling administrative duties.
Before joining our team in June 2025, Michelle was a branch office administrator at Edward Jones for 26 years.
Originally from Brunswick, Ohio, Michelle lives in Conway with her husband, Bart. In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
