As chief strategy officer, Frank devotes his time to conducting market research and identifying investment opportunities. He manages portfolios for individuals, trusts and retirement accounts utilizing mutual funds, private placements, separately managed accounts, exchange-traded funds, and individual debt and equity securities.

Frank has more than 36 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1984 at Merrill Lynch in Indianapolis, where he served as a financial advisor and vice president. He moved to Smith Barney in 2001 (CitiGroup Global Markets) in Indianapolis, where he served as vice president of wealth management and financial advisor. Before joining Raymond James in 2020, Frank was a vice president and wealth advisor at David A. Noyes & Company.

He holds Series 7, 63 and life and health insurance licenses, and earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Indiana University.

Frank was born in Hamburg, Germany, and moved to Kokomo, Indiana, at age 5. Today, he lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Julie. He is a collector of Civil War memorabilia and an avid hiker of state parks and nature preserves. His goal is to hike the Appalachian Trail in all 14 states.
