As the founder and managing director of Leizman Wealth Management and an accomplished discretionary money manager, Nancy enjoys the culmination of a career that spans 30 years. Influenced by her father who was a stockbroker, Nancy’s love of developing and managing portfolios is evident in that she does not delegate these functions to a third-party. Rather, clients enjoy a direct relationship with Nancy and her team, who provide them with custom, risk-managed portfolio strategies.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Nancy began her career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch and steadily gained success by carefully listening to client needs and marshaling firm resources to provide results-driven financial strategies. She then honed this crucial client service philosophy throughout the years as she worked at other firms such as McDonald & Company Investments – where she was a founding member of the Women’s Advisory Council – and Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors), before joining Raymond James and starting Leizman Wealth Management in 2015.
Nancy made the decision to partner with Raymond James for several reasons. First, the firm’s client-first values provide her the independence and complete freedom to offer clients objective, unbiased advice. Second, the firm’s investment philosophy is grounded in conservative management, solid business fundamentals and a long-term focus. This mirrors Nancy’s disciplined approach, grounded in technical analysis, to managing the valuable assets of her clients. As a result of her unwavering commitment to doing what’s best for her clients and a strong investment process, Nancy has attained a high level of success and expertise in her field.
Outside the office, Nancy enjoys family and community life with her husband, Marc, and their two children, Emily and Ryan. Nancy has traveled the country as a tennis mom and enjoys spending time outdoors whether playing tennis, hiking or biking. She is active in the community and volunteers for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s Women’s Philanthropy Initiative and Hawken School. Nancy has served on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Cleveland State University – Monte Ahuja School of Business; has served as a trustee and member of the executive committee of the Cleveland Racquet Club; and has served as a trustee for Ruffing Montessori School. Nancy and Marc are affiliated with Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple and belong to the Cleveland Racquet Club.
