Billy’s career in the financial services industry spans several decades, and is geared toward ensuring his clients have the income they need and a plan designed to achieve the retirement they want. Dependable and experienced, Billy fosters long-term relationships with clients and their families in order to provide them with comprehensive financial planning services.

Prior to joining Raymond James with his team in 2015, Billy served as senior vice president with Wells Fargo and Davenport & Company for more than 15 years. Before that, he was employed as vice president with Carolina Securities and as a partner and vice president of J.C. Bradford for 28 years. Billy earned his bachelor’s degree in social science from Campbell University.

A lifelong resident of Smithfield, Billy makes his home with his wife, Clara. Together they have one daughter, Alyce.
