Daniel J. Sipe,

Together, they established their financial advisory practice built on the foundation of Dan’s Federal knowledge and Tom’s deep knowledge of the private sector. Over the course of four decades, Dan has steadily climbed the career ladder, transitioning from a representative to an advisor, manager, partner and ultimately to business owner.
Despite his extensive experience, Dan is still a firm believer in the power of lifelong learning. He believes properly designed and deployed strategies can be transformative and meaningful for the many lives a financial plan touches.
Dan’s personal life is equally fulfilling as his professional life. Beyond the office, Dan actively engages with his community. He serves in various capacities at Church of the Nativity in Timonium, Maryland; has held multiple offices in community, school and social service organizations; and has served as a trustee for Joe Gibbs Youth for Tomorrow.
He is happily married to his college sweetheart, Mary, and together, they are proud parents of two children, Colin and Delia. Their home is nestled in Frederick County, Maryland.
