As Director of Business Operations, Rachel leads technology and operations initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and strong execution across the organization. She drives operational strategy, oversees software systems and applications, administers Salesforce CRM, supports human resources and compliance, improves data management and analytics, and designs workflows that streamline processes and strengthen day-to-day operations. She also manages the operations team and helps ensure that daily execution remains aligned with broader business goals.

By bringing these functions together, Rachel helps keep the organization efficient, scalable, and well positioned to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Originally from San Bernardino, California, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She now resides in Washington, DC.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys supporting her three children as they navigate early adulthood and staying involved in local efforts that welcome visitors and help protect the natural environment.
