Vicky Yao
Client Service Associate, RJFSVicky was initially drawn to the investment services field due to her experiences in bookkeeping, and she found the transition to the field relatively seamless. She approaches challenges with determination, always striving to find the best strategies. If she can’t provide an immediate answer, she continues to dig until she uncovers a satisfactory resolution.
Delivering client satisfaction is a priority of Vicky’s. Her goals for her clients also extend to encouraging them to utilize the various technology offerings provided by Raymond James. For instance, she encourages clients to sign up for Client Access and receive electronic documents.
She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2016.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys cooking and playing pickleball. She was born and raised in Maryland and continues to reside there.
