Karen Perlich is the office and operations manager. She joined Lulay Financial in 1999. It is her responsibility to assist Dennis, Tyler and Travis with client issues and to make sure the office runs efficiently. She holds the following licenses: Series 7 - General Securities Representative, Series 66 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law, and Life and Health Agent specializing in long-term care. Karen also has received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional certificate from the American College for Financial Planning.
Karen is a CASA volunteer for Marion County, an ongoing volunteer for Family Building Blocks and she also volunteers for various local events. Karen was born and raised in the Stayton area and graduated from Stayton High School. She lives in Stayton with her husband of over 40 years, Ralph. They have four daughters, Cadie and her husband Chad Fery, Stephanie Lindgren, Meagan and her husband Josh Woodward, and Emily and her husband Max Scott. She also has four grandsons; Tyler, Zachary, Andrew and Lucas and three granddaughters; Reagan, Hannah and Maddison. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, volunteering, vacationing and watching a good game of softball.
