Bill has been working with affluent families since he began his wealth management career in 1979 at J.C. Bradford & Co. where he was eventually promoted to sales manager and then to partner. He was the branch manager at Alexander Key Investments/SunTrust Investment Services’ Nashville office prior to Raymond James in 2006.
Prior to starting the Lynch Wealth Management team, Bill graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics. He then went on to Purdue to pursue his Master’s in Economics and later served as an economist and statistician for the U.S. Government in Washington, D.C.
Bill has received a number of accolades for distinguished professional service. He was elected numerous times to the senior advisory board at J.C. Bradford & Co. which recognized the leading financial advisor's within the firm. In addition he also served on several management and capital committees within J.C. Bradford & Co.
Throughout his career, Bill has been very involved in the community. He was on the 2013-2014 Board of Directors for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center - TPAC and active with the Nashville Songwriter’s Association (NSAI). Bill has formerly served on several boards including Nashville’s Table, Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson’s Center, the MTSU Foundation Finance Committee, and the Gilda’s Club. He has also served as President of the W.O. Smith Community Music School.
Bill and his wife Rita, enjoy traveling and have 7 grandchildren.
