Erica has been a member of the Madison Street Wealth Advisors team since September 2019.  Her day-to-day responsibilities as the Branch Operations Specialist include greeting clients, directing clients to their destinations, providing administrative support, sorting and handing out mail, answering and routing incoming calls, including cashier duties and supporting with account operations.  Erica is personable with our clients and values the many long-term relationships we’ve forged with our clients and goes above and beyond to be sure we earn your trust.

Erica’s has spent a majority of her career in the medical field specializing in customer service and ophthalmology before joining the Madison Street team.  She’s earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Oakwood University.

Originally from Louisiana, Erica has made the Huntsville, AL area her home with her husband, Charlie, their daughter Harper, and their fur babies, Myloh and Monroe.  Some of Erica’s favorite things to do are traveling, spending time with family and cooking.
