Celesta Ann Freeman

As a senior branch operations manager, Celesta is responsible for keeping the practice moving efficiently, supporting responsive service and communication with clients. In addition to performing administration functions like money transfers and account openings, as a licensed, registered associate, she can also make unsolicited trades at the request of an advisor. Celesta also handles supervisory alerts, unique client situations and audit resolutions. She facilitates meetings with the rest of the Madison Street Wealth Advisor team to keep everyone informed of industry- or firm-related updates, as well as team project status. Celesta’s goal is to provide quality customer service to clients while also assisting branch staff and advisors to keep their business moving efficiently.

Celesta knows the importance of providing quality customer service. After working with various firms including Legg Mason, Prudential Securities and Wells Fargo, Celesta chose Raymond James in 2017 because of its client and service-related values.

Originally from Athens, Alabama, Celeste attended Athens High School and Calhoun Community College. She now lives in Hunstville with her husband, James, and her son. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Jon Snow, traveling and going kayaking.
